After having found an accommodation which you would like to book, please send an e-mail including the corresponding information.

You will receive our answer by e-mail along with our payment conditions: prepayment for reservation as well as bank account on which the payment has to be effected.After having received your prepayment we will send you an acknowledgement of reservation by e-mail as well as the address of the corresponding accommodation.

The account balance shall be paid by you at key disposal for the rented accommodation.We will welcome and accompany you personally to the rented accommodation and will supply you with information material about Ledro Valley (i.e. mountain bike maps, map of walks, leaflets about the events etc.).

Check in: The accommodation will be given over to you on arrival, normally on Saturday afternoon between 3:00  p.m. and 8:00 p.M. We ask you to kindly advise eventual delays in advance.

Check out: Please leave the accommodation until 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
