Canyoning
A sport that in recent years has been very successful in our mountains is canyoning or canyoning, a high-adrenaline sport that consists in the descent of water courses and natural slides inside narrow gorges carved into the rock.
You cross the stream on foot following the direction of the water, thanks to dives, jumps and descents of waterfalls with rope and harness. There are many agencies that organize this type of excursions.
