Notice provided pursuant to Art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and the cookie guidelines issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) on 10 June 2021.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website only uses necessary technical cookies, for which no consent is required, and - solely upon your consent - third-party tools for maps and the booking engine. Until you make your choice, no non-necessary cookie is installed and no third-party script is loaded.

1. Technical and necessary cookies (no consent required)

• alk-cookie-consent - first-party local storage (localStorage): stores your choice, the date/time and the version of the notice. Duration: until the site's data is deleted or consent is withdrawn.
• Web server session cookies - ensure correct browsing and page security. Duration: session.
• Google reCAPTCHA v3 - protects the contact form against automated submissions. The script is loaded only when you submit the form and the data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Service provider: Google Ireland Ltd.

2. Third-party tools (subject to prior consent)

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) - displays the location of the accommodations and our office. If you consent, Google may set cookies and receive your IP address; if you do not consent, a placeholder is shown instead of the map, allowing you to activate it individually or open Google Maps in a new window. • Feratel Deskline / TOSC5 (Feratel Media Technologies AG, Austria) - availability search and online booking. If you consent, the widget is loaded on the site and may use its own technical and functionality cookies; if you do not consent, you can book via the official external page.

These services may involve the transfer of data to countries outside the EU (in particular the United States), on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not use advertising profiling cookies or analytics tools.

3. Consent, refusal and withdrawal

On first access, the banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose per purpose, with buttons of equal prominence. Closing the banner with the “X” is equivalent to refusal. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting browsing, by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom left corner of every page; alternatively, you can delete cookies and site data from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
