Data processed, purposes and legal bases
a) Contact form enquiries (first name, last name, email, phone, number of adult and child guests, arrival and departure dates, message): to respond to the enquiry and prepare a quote - legal basis: pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, Art. 6.1.b GDPR.
b) Booking and stay: performance of the holiday rental contract (Art. 6.1.b) and legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c) for reports to the local police via "Alloggiati Web", tourist tax and tax obligations.
c) Website security (technical logs, IP address, Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the form): legitimate interest in preventing abuse and automated submissions, Art. 6.1.f.
d) Third-party maps and booking engine: free and revocable consent, Art. 6.1.a - see the Cookie Policy.
We do not process data for marketing or profiling purposes and do not carry out automated decision-making. Providing the data marked as mandatory on the form is necessary to receive a reply; the other fields are optional.
Retention periods
Contact enquiries without follow-up: 24 months from the last exchange. Contractual and tax documents: 10 years, as required by civil and tax law. Server technical logs: maximum 12 months. Record of cookie consent: until revoked or until the site's data is deleted.
Recipients and data processors
The data may be processed, on our behalf and as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, by: the hosting and email provider (Aruba S.p.A., Italy), the booking engine provider (Feratel Media Technologies AG, Austria), Google Ireland Ltd. for maps and reCAPTCHA, and tax and administrative consultants. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. No data is disclosed or sold to third parties.
Transfers outside the EU
The use of Google Maps and reCAPTCHA may involve the transfer of data to the United States; such transfer takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision and/or the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, together with appropriate supplementary measures.
Data subject rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal) by writing to info@apartmentsledrolake.com. We will reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) (garanteprivacy.it) or to apply to the courts.
Minors
The website is not intended for children under 14: minors' data is processed only if provided by parents or legal guardians as part of a family booking.
Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS connection, password-protected access, minimisation of the data collected) to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
