Four comfortable and welcoming public beaches

Clear, clean and safe for swimming. As well as being beautiful, Lake Ledro is also very welcoming and perfect for enjoying your favourite activities in complete peace: sunbathing, refreshing swims and long dips, or trying your hand at one of the many water sports that are right at home here, such as sailing, windsurfing or canoeing.
Easy to reach, just 15 km from Lake Garda, Lake Ledro is also very convenient, with as many as four equipped public beaches offering maximum comfort. One of these is also pet friendly, so you can bring your dog along with complete peace of mind.
On the north-western shore of the lake lies Pieve di Ledro beach. Easily reached from the village centre and with ample parking, this public beach is a favourite among families with children thanks to its large green lawn and sand that slopes gently down to the lake, as well as its many facilities. Pieve di Ledro beach offers a supermarket, restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and toilets, plus a range of activities: a beach volleyball court, tennis courts, paddle-boat hire, a playground and a mini-golf course.
The village of Mezzolago, on the northern shore, is home to another public beach, characterised by a large lawn with picnic tables and a floating pontoon. There's a playground for children, while adults can hire boats and paddle boats.
At Molina di Ledro you'll find Besta beach, the largest of the four and also the sunniest during the day. Here too there is no shortage of facilities and activities: you can lie in the sun on the large, well-kept lawn or on the pebbles by the water, eat at the bar and restaurant, use the toilets and try out the lake's water sports. There are dedicated beach volleyball and tennis courts, plus canoe, kayak, SUP and paddle-boat hire, with instructors also available. The car park is large. The proximity to Molina di Ledro is also an invitation to visit the wonderful Pile Dwelling Museum.
The prize for tranquillity goes to Pur public beach, on the southern shore of Lake Ledro. Ideal for those who love being close to nature, it offers a large lawn with a children's playground, free parking, and a bar and pizzeria nearby. Dogs are also allowed in a dedicated area of Pur beach, making it a genuinely pet-friendly spot!
